Team Method was formed in late 2006 as a three man squad. Bob Casselberry and Mike Casselberry had just lost their father Robert Casselberry to a heart attack and knew it was time to get back into paintball. Robert was instrumental into getting most of the players of Method into paintball and was a great teammate. Ryan Butts was a longtime friend, and the trio had played together a long time under the name “Cereal Strippers” in some local events and a few national events (IAO, Ultimate Madness) with Robert. Robert got Ryan into paintball as well, so the three started out playing again at paintball world in Wellington. Another lifelong friend who Robert introduced to paintball, Adam Wolny, rejoined the team as well late last year. Dave Schillig was picked up at Wellington and has evolved into a great player. Rob Everett and Terry Woodyard are new to Method this season, and we are all very excited to play alongside them. Rob alone brings 18 years of paintball experience to our roster. The addition of these fine players allowed Method to win two 5 man events in 2008. The rest is history. Method has been happy with their success in the past few years, but the 4 tournament wins in two years and many trophies aren’t why we play. We play because we love paintball. We are ambassadors of this sport, and we do our best to represent paintball well. Method operates on the basis of fair play and fun, and our successes come from that.
